Sundays in March
Join Sarah Barab on Sundays in March, (starting on the 9th) to learn Mindfulness meditation and stress reduction techniques. Over this 4 week series, we will explore how to effectively reduce stress and how to bring Mindfulness practice into your daily life, on and off the cushion. Each class will begin with gentle yoga stretches, so please dress comfortably. This class is open to all levels: Those who have never meditated before as well as to seasoned meditation veterans, who wish to deepen their practice. Each class will have a topic of discussion, a meditation technique and group practice. The environment of the class is friendly and non-judgmental, where sharing is safe, deep questioning is encouraged, and support is abundant.
