About Sarah

Sarah Barab

Sarah is a unique holistic health professional who uses a variety of consciousness raising tools to help her clients transform, heal and grow into their potential. She is practical as well as intuitive and all her work is tailored to meet the individual's needs. Sarah holds a degree in Transpersonal Psychology, with many years of experience in Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Core Energetics, and other healing modalities. Sarah is also a certified Yoga and Meditation instructor and has been a long term practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism.
